The microbial population of the periodontal pocket is
1. highly infectious.
2. primarily of exogenous origin.
3. of a low order of intrinsic pathogenicity.
4. associated with a definable incubation period.
5. capable of producing high neutralizing antibody level

I know I am getting picky, but can someone explain, why 4 is correct as well as explain why the other choices are incorrect?
