How to get from Newark airport to Albany ASAP?

if you haven't bought your plane ticket yet, there is an airport in albany that you can fly straight into. when i interviewed at albany, i first flew into newark and then transferred to albany via continental airlines. the flight was one hour and fiteen minutes. that translates into at least six hours of driving time, probably longer b/c it's snowing in new york now. good luck on getting there.
