I'm assuming you're applying next year. Very highly recommend getting more clinical volunteering hours (preferably 150+). That's gonna be the biggest thing holding you back right now.

I agree. You need lots more clinical experience. You have enough shadowing. Your nonclinical volunteering is questionable imo. Your mission trip isn’t impressive and you might want leave it out entirely. The food bank is fine . The tutoring is okay but most applicants have that on their applications. What was the youth tournament about? What population was the tournament geared towards? What did you do?

Apply to all your Texas schools and you should receive several interviews.

Does it look bad if I don't apply UTRGV while applying to all other TMDSAS schools, I REALLY don't want to move to El Paso...

Apply anyway. You do not have to go there if you are accepted to another Texas school.
