really don't know how to approach this question, any suggestions? more so on what to comment on our weaknesses
Answering the "strengths and weakness" question

I asked a group of my friends (about 20 in all) to anonymously answer this question for me on a sheet of paper. It was great feedback.
My weakness: I tend to come across as arrogant on first impressions.
How I am working to fix it: I'm not sure its working because its hard for me to know, BUT I try very hard to not to come across as arrogant, and I'am VERY conscious of it. My friends also said that as they got to know me better they no longer get the impression I'm arrogant. (thank goodness!)
My strength: My work ethic, and willingness to help others.
I would never have thought these were true, but these are the responses that I consistently got when i asked people that know me well to respond. I still don't know who wrote what, so its still anonymous to me haha.
