Does anyone know of an anti-MHCI (or anti-beta2 microglobulin) antibody (anti-mouse) that works well for Western blots? Our lab isn't getting good results with the ones from Santa Cruz biotech, even though they say they can be used for Western blots.

Santa Cruz is your problem. Those antibodies often suck. I would try playing with the concentrations more and then hit up biocompare and see if abcam, cell signaling or genetex sells them.

I second cell signaling/abcam antibodies - I have had a number of bad experiences with Santa Cruz (however, some good ones on antibodies that were not available elsewhere or tag antibodies.) Good luck!

santa cruz does suck, has anyone published w/ an antibody for those westerns (i'm sure you have looked, if you haven't, go w/ those)
