any advice on getting a secondary from uc irvine?

I have received and completed secondaries from all the other UC's: UCLA, UC Davis, UCSF, UCSD and UCLA/Drew and have not heard aything from UC Irvine at all. I took the August MCAT and even had my AMCAS and UC apps completed and turned in to UCI by late July. Should I start to worry or does UCI still give out secondary applications this late in the game? Please let me know what you guys/gals think about this. Thanks.

uclamendoza, I've got exactly the same scenario as you. But by this time, I've lost the momentum to do more secondaries, so I think i'll let Irvine go & just be thankful for the others so far. I don't think contacting their office helps much unless you live near Irvine & have a really compelling reason to consider UCI over the other UC's.

I haven't heard from Irvine since my primary was sent in which was about 3 months ago. I called their office and they said the last month they'd send out secondaries is Jan. I also heard that Irvine was really slow so who knows what their deal really is. I just want to hear one way or the other.
