Just had a quick question regarding my chances.

My current GPA is 3.49 AND my DAT is 26 AA, 28 TS, 24 PAT
However, I have one F in one class. Class was retaken and received an A.
I live in NY.

What are my chances at Columbia or UPenn?

Pretty good chance at Columbia. From past years, they seem to like high DAT applicants.
