I'm going to move this to the International forums. If you have any questions about international residencies/electives, or can answer other people's questions about African electives/resideny/options, please post there :) .

Thanks!

I was the youngest so my mother brought me here with her. My other two older sisters when to school in Ondo State though. My grandmama lives in fadeyi, I use to live with my uncle in GRA but now he moved to magodo. So I when I am in nigeria I am in between Fadeyi and magodo. I was raised in akure though.

Very much nigerian. Raised entirely in Ikeja-Lagos, attended Chrisland Primary School ('92) and Airforce Secondary Schools (class of '98). I will be attending Columbia University College of Physical and Surgeons ( Deferred admission) next year. Feel free to PM me. Peace.

P.S: Hope Germany loses by 4 goals

••••not gonna happen, i think it's gonna play out something like this: germany'll score in the first half, brazil will equalize towards the end of the first half or at the start of the second half and then score again towards the end of the second half or during extra time. remember you read it here first :D

If u have a green card, ur not considered an international student, cause u have permanent residence, and can apply to any med schl without any problems. You also qualify for just about every loan. :)

@Dr Maxy,
Wo ho te sen? :)

No, I'm Nigerian not Ghanaian, have been to Accra, and have made a lot of Ghanaian friends along the way. Its all African love :clap:

I always wondered how students feel about Howard - not being sarcastic or anything - but since it is predominantly an African-American School, I never met anyone who attended that school or will be attending there.

Kendra: do you mind sharing with us what your reasons for thinking about attending Howard are? and your experience while you was there for the interview.

:D
