I've been studying for the biology section of the dat using the High Yield book and the Kaplan MCAT book but they don't seem to cover certain topics like Ecology, origin of life, classification, Medusosid Stages, etc etc... Can anyone suggest some good texts?

    thanks in advance!

I don't think that I've come across any book like that. I use my intro to biology text book to study for this subject..It's about 2 chapters, and you only need to read once or twice....It's not that hard.

I took the DAT this past May and I certainly had more than "one or two questions" about zoology-related topics. In fact, I had several. A friend of mine just took the DAT last week and said he also had a significant portion of zoo questions. Maybe it was just us?
