Can anyone recommend any halfway decent internship experience in Michigan, particularly the Detroit area? May be needing a traditional rotating internship to provide a segway to an allopathic anesthesia residency. Looking for a great experience with a lot of pathology and critical care/surgery/medicine. Thanks so much.
