Any Texas med schools that are a good shot for out of state residents?

I've noticed many schools SEEM to have a staunch standard in reference to in-state vs out of state?

Texas schools have a required quota of IS students of like 90%.

Geesh....thanks ciestar. I was trying to decide if it's even worth the application fees given my out of state residency. 90% definitely clears that up.....

Baylor takes 25% out of state, but the rest are 10% out of state.
