any info on Emerg Med rotation/residency at a military hospital?

If so, I would love to hear about it, and any advice you have to offer. I know EM residency is only offered at SAUSHEC/Brooke, Madigan, and Darnall... does anyone know the pro's and con's of each place?
Also, any advice on getting into this residency (which I hear is very competitive in the military)...
