Well it's not completely mcq's but I liked the Blueprints Clinical Cases in Neurology. I just used a few of them but wish I had done more....that along with pretest, blueprints (which I didn't like), and a quick review of High Yield Neuroanatomy and the shelf didn't really seem so bad. Just took it yesterday though so who really knows? Good luck. :)

Not quite what you're asking, but the best pocketbook I've found for Neuro is The Massachusetts General Hospital Handbook of Neurology by Alice W. Flaherty (ISBN 068330576X).

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/068330576X/

This will make you look like an intern (at least) on the wards.

whats the best way to study from the 250-pager blueprints? i've glanced at first 40 pages and found that i can't retain most of the details...it's not like outline format/surg recall where it's easier to hone in on key concepts.
