any med student- moms out there?

I was wondering if any med students that are parents could give me some feedback on their experiences of being a parent AND med student. What are the percentage of entering med students that are parents? I wonder also about the divorce rate in med school.

I'm a first year at DMU. I would approximate that about 30% of our class has children.

It is tough, you just have to manage time. make sure your spouse is committed to you succeeding in med school, and that will help a ton.

Divorce rate is high for the whole society. I have heard med student rate is ~50% (don't remember where?)...
