Hello,
I'm at a postbacc program with linkage to Brown and I've been seriously considering applying. The problem with linkage is that I can't back out once I've been accepted. I wonder if any students there could give me some feedback on their experiences. BMS advertises itself as very Liberal Arts-oriented. Do you think this is true? Do you spend more time studying non-basic science material than students at other schools? What is the teaching style? I read that Brown has been changing the curriculum recently, to a less traditional style. Has this worked out? What are classes like? What's providence like?
Tell me things I won't read in the guidebooks.
Thanks!
