I saw some older posts about how the schools look for a commitment to working with URM. I was hoping maybe some non-urms that got acceptances would say what they did to show their commitment. I worked in rural Arkansas for a year, but I have a feeling that isn't going to be enough. I'm not white, but I'm not black either so I'm not sure how my application would be taken. Any suggestions, comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
