Senior resident here in an OMS program wondering if there's anyone out there who's done this and willing to chat about it.

Wish I could relate a little more, only a first year guy here. I do know that several of our senior residents have signed on as associates with PP's. Not sure about corporate though. They seem to have signed some solid contracts and are happy.
