ANY one's check got cashed???

Is there anyone who applied for the May Bench exam but did not get in......I've heard that the Board is cashing the checks of the remaining applicants.......This sure indicates something... !

Mine was cashed on 5/30, but frankly, I am not even sure if they still hold onto my application.....These people......

Anyone has any info ?

Usually the board cashes your check if u are in for the exam.....Congrats....

Thanks Irishcream for your positive thinking, honestly, I don't know what to think my check being cashed.....

I heard different stories, some say the board will take away your money no matter you are in the exam or not. no refund

some say, the board will return your money after long long time.

Some say they will cash all checks first and then return you the money later on ( why the fuss????)

This exam is too much full of rumor for me. What about yours? Was your check cashed?

If I am in the exam, which one is that? The fact the check was cashed didn't make me feel better at all.

I also felt that there must be something weird about this check being cashed at the end of May, but we all witnessed how many strange things they have done so far....

Dear Ann,
Don't worry too much...hope for the best....My check was also cashed this week....
I spoke with one of the guys at the Board last week and he told me that they will start scheduling students for the August exam in the last week of May.....If thats true ...they are cashing checks of the students scheduled......If they wanted, they could have cashed our checks long back ie in April 1st week.....

Right now no one is answering my call at the Board office....they are busy with the clinical exam I suppose...so that leaves us with faith and hope.....untill the confirmation card arrives...
Meanwhile keep up the practice.....!

Irishcream, thanks for your encouragement, let's wait and see ...:-( but so far, I haven't heard from anyone who doesn't have their check cashed.....

K1975, where did you hear about this info? if it is not verified, please stop it. THere are so many rumors around that I get the feeling there are 10 dental boards ofo Cali with 100 different sayings.... of course, their inconsistency contributes to that....
but I am sure people need no more this stuff...

My check got cashed.. Celebrations by the whole family! I called the board & was told that they've cashed everybody's check since they couldn't by law keep hold of the checks without cashing them. Decisions on who's in the exam will be made 'soon' & we sould keep checking their website😕
