for what year? are you looking for a pgy-2, pgy-3, pgy-4 or pgy-5?

please be specific.

radonc doesnt worry as much about year- that is a pgy2 space can be filled by a pgy one or three since the residents activites dont really change year to year.

you are correct but programs like to keep the # of residents in a given PGY year consistent, whether its 1-1-1-1, 2-1-2-1, etc.

this is true. but i think its just a little more flexible if the program doesnt have a choice or has little choice. But yes youre right they like to stay on cycle (and lets face it; who doesnt?)
