I just started working for kaiser as a pharmacy asst.
I know they expect a lot as a beginner, but I seem to be having trouble trying to figure out what to do if i can't find someone's "will call" meds.
Is there a routine that I can follow everytime I am faced with this problem? like where should i check first, what should i look for in the computer, etc?
My coworkers already warned me that since i'm new, they'll be watching me as a hawk... what can i do to impress them?
i haven't even got to orientation yet. Does anyone know if i'll be learning what to do in these situations at orientation?
