I don't know about free print subscriptions, but I subscribe to the Carlat Report ($$) which is awesome. There's also Brown Psychopharmacology Update (monthly newsletter) which may also be worth the money. You can sign up for a free "sample," and then decide if it's worth it.

In terms of non-printed newsletters, there's always Medscape Psychiatry Updates which you can customize to have any number of online newsletters/research updates sent to your email. Check out the journal listings here, and the main page where you can set up an account for free.
