Any post-bac'ers here? (need advice)

To make a long story short, I'm a student at UCSD right now, and I'm changing majors. I've been jumping around majors a lot, so I've taken a couple premed courses, but didn't do too well. Would it look better to finish premed here anyway because it's a pretty good school, or should I take the courses over in a post-bac program at a state school? Any advice (especially from post-bac acceptees) would be appreciated.
