Any prep books explicitly for the scenario / paragraph sections of the biology and chemistry portion?

Multiple choice problems are great and all but I think the hardest questions in bio/chem/phys are the scenario ones where you read about an experiment or pathology and have to draw conclusions from the information in them, how can I find more practice problems like that ?
