Any Psy.D/MD Combined Degree Programs?

Does anyone know if there are any Psy.D/MD combined degree programs? or where I might look (or start to look) to see if one exists?

Medical University of the Americas attempted to do this but i'm not sure if it is still doing it (or if in fact it ever actually awarded the combined degree).
I'm not even sure of its academic reputation and whether its graduates could be licensed as psychologists and/or physicians in most US states. You can check their website at: www.mua.edu

How so? I really see it as being complimentary not contradictory.

I think an MD/Ph.D. program would be much more likely, although I don't know if those exist either. Sorry I'm not too much help.
