any recent sackler grads want to answer a question or two?

I was wondering if any Sackler grads who browse this forum might be interested in discussing if there is really any disadvantage when applying to programs in the US (many current students say "no," but maybe grads feel differently) or if they think they might be looked down upon later on in their careers when applying for jobs and submitting their resumes.
