"If selected for an interview, what one life experience would you most like to talk about?"

For a question like this..hmm does anyone have thoughts on how to approach it? Now hospital experience would nt count right..since it involves a whole bunch of experiences?

I am not sure how to pick the one experience..can anybody suggest the thought process they went through while tryin to answer this..

try rewording it: What life experience has helped to mold you into the type of person you are today? What values has this experience given you?

You need some self-reflection time to figure this one out. Don't rush it.

IMHO. Thats what I would do.
