Over the years I have seen people post time and time again that they wished that they had prewritten their secondaries. Is the method to do this as simple as this:

1. Go to 2015-2016 school threads and find the secondary questions
2. Write them

Is there a spreadsheet available anywhere with the questions listed out? I have an outdated one from maybe 2012 if anybody wants it, I'll post it.

Any tips?

Don't some secondaries change from year to year though? Might be better to just brainstorm ideas and then write up the essays later.

Why are only premeds replying to this, any tips from people who have gone through the application process?

I pooled last year's secondary prompts for all the schools I am applying to. If you categorize them, there are several prompts that are the most common (ex. after-college activities, personal challenge, long-term goals etc). I would start writing those big ones first.

Could you post the list?
