Any Websites to compare cost of living between cities?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The Homefair website is very accurate to different cities within a state. It also allows you to choose your salary to determine your standard of living. Good Luck!

Wonderful thread - thanks for everyone who responded and if you know of any additional resources, let us know!! I'm particularly interested in school system for my kids... I'm hoping I find this info on those posted websites.

When I was looking for a place in Philly, I was told that Philly was the second cheapest place of any major urban centre in the United States for real estate next to Buffalo, NY. And its totally true, as I bought a 900 sq ft. condo for only $50,000.

Wow thats dirt cheap! Think you will make a nice return on it when you sell or are you planning on hanging onto it (might be more profitable to rent out).
