even i got score of 88.i am in dialema whether to retake the exam or not.but i got gpa of 2.24.please let me know is this nbde percentile is enough for me to get admission in dds.

As has been told here before on this forum, score alone is not the only factor that determines admission especially on the west coast. High scores are definetely an asset but all is not lost especially with scores in the upper 80's.If you are open to going to any of the schools in the west coast then you may be fine with a score in the upper 80's. However, if your goal is to go to one of the east coast schools, then they do have a tendency to prefer higher scores. This is just a general pattern and there are always exceptions. But in the exceptional cases, you will find that the candidate often has something else in his resume that is extraordinary.

I think, you guys may want to work on your overall resume and find ways to improve it.Depending on what your goals are,you may be able to decide whether or not to retake.

Hope this helps, Good luck,
Treasure

Hi, I ve got the same part 1 score as yours but gpa 2.76 and I applied to all the possible schools in the east coast but landed up with rejection. since even NYU has gpa 3.00 cut off and accepts only ECE. I literally have no chance there but as Treasure told West coast schools take candidate in 80's score and accepts WES so we have a better chance in west coast schools but the disadvantage is these schools have clinical exam's. since I have been out of practice for while it's difficult for me. so I think getting a score of 90's Might help, I hope.
