You've got to be aggressive, apparently, in getting your housing and fin aid sorted out. Especially the housing. With the class growing to 75, there will be more competition for the same housing (although they are building new apartments and condos currently).
Call the fin aid office asap after Jan 1. Call the student services dept to find out if they ever got that web-site up for housing (was being developed by a 3rd year student, if memory serves).
Typically, you'll want to go to Pikevegas no later than May 1 to figure out housing. You'll want to make your applications for financial aid no later than March 1, if possible. This is all hearsay, of course...
