I'm using the entire examkracker set and find Audio osmosis quite useful. In 2 weeks I managed to raise my physical and bio science by 1 pt each. Net gain of 2 pts overall. Not bad for 2 weeks of studying.
AO doesn't help that much with verbal though. You would be better of buying their book and and the verbal practice set from AAMC.
