Anybody waiting for predoc. internship match day?

Anybody here waiting for APPIC predoc. internship match day. How are you managing playing the waiting game? Damn it, nothing to do but twiddle one's thumbs.

I've seen people plan Match Day parties/gatherings....distraction is great in situation like this! There isn't much you can do.....so might as well try and kick back with the people you've been through the trenches (labs) with.

I was in your shoes a few years ago - it's an agonizing wait! Let's just say that I spent a lot of time skiing that month!

Nothing like something fun and active to get your mind off of things.

I did the match last year, and please, do yourself a favor: Do anything but ruminate on this! You have another week or two until the results, so don't torture yourself!

Go out, have fun, and enjoy the moment!
