Anyone accepted to AZCOM without a DO rec

Just wondering if any of you were accepted or at least interviewed to AZCOM without a letter of rec from a DO. I just received the secondary, and have an MD letter of rec, but just want to know if I should send them some cash or not bother.

I was accepted to AZCOM and had an MD LOR.

Midwestern is looking for a good quality letter from a physician, regardless of whether it is DO/MD. I think their letter states DO preferred, but will accept MD.

Everywhere they post letter of rec from a DO is STRONGLY preferred. I know a DO, but not well enough right now for him to write a letter of rec for me. However the MD can write an excellent one, and since time isn't on my side right now...I best just go and hope and pray and finished up the secondary.
