Anyone attending NYU looking for a place to live?

[FONT=PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif]I am a graduating dental student from NYU and I have .[FONT=PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif]lived for 3 years in this .[FONT=PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif]clean, quiet, safe studio located 30 seconds (walking) from NYU College of Dentistry, I am graduating in 2 weeks and am just asking if anyone is interested to take over. It's fully furnished with a captains bed with extra mattress, dresser, desks, chairs, cabinets, shelves, microwave, air conditioning, internet, and a lot of storage space. Monthly rent has been $800 for me because I have another roommate. This is a very good deal in NYC, plus dental school is very hectic and it's saved me a lot of time and trouble to live right next door.
