Are there ANY other dental students that had to reapply to get in or am I the only one? ANYONE????

I reapplied and was accepted my second time round. So you still have a chance, I just worked to change the things that were holding me back, like not enough experience and an average DAT. Many schools will tell you why you were not accepted previously, it helps to let you know what to change.

You are definitely not the only one who is re-applying. I have some good friends that didn't get in on their first try, either. Just stick with it----call the admission's committee/dean at the school you want to attend, find out why you didn't make the cut----then improve that area. GET TO KNOW THEM WELL! Don't be a pest but definitely let them realize you are not going to give-up until they let you in!! They love to see a committed and persistent person. GOOD LUCK!
