Been there and done that, my fellow Class of 2006!
Here are a couple of tips:
If all else fails, go with "B"
If you see a H. pylori as one of the multiple choice choices, then that is the answer
Warning:
You'll find yourselves remember a ton of questions afterwards that you had trouble answering and then you'll find yourselves looking up answers like a drug addict on crack. This is what I call, "post-exam syndrome". Beware of "post-exam syndrome". Here are some symptoms:
1) Saying to yourselves, "what was that question again...?"
2) looking up information in texts, notes, old exams, and dental decks
3) calling up your close dental buddies and see what he put for a specific question
4) Saying to yourselves, "sh1t, I knew that! Why did I choose the other answer!"
5) "Yes! I got one right!"
6) Finding yourself drinking alcohol more
7) Finding yourself looking at the 1998 NBDE Part 1 conversion chart sizing what you hoped you got right out of 100 questions/section
If you have any of the three symptoms listed above, then you have the syndrome. Good luck to all of you and get them 90s!
