Based on the title of the thread and my British heritage, I thought we had a new psychiatric subspecialty.

I quote from allwords.com:

ponce
noun
1) (context, UK, slang) A pimp.
2) (context, UK, pejorative) A posh or effeminate person.

If Spanish is your first language and you would like to stay in PR after residency than it is a great program. But I honestly don't see why anyone would go there for residency if they want to practice on the mainland.

hope that helps:D

first thing to pop into my head lol.

You sound like an idiot when you use british slang in the US though. I *ahem* do not speak from experience, though.
