Anyone going to U at Buffalo looking for roommate?

Hi. Is there anyone out there who is attending UB this fall and looking for a room share? I have scoped out two bedroom apartments less than two miles away from the north campus with rent ranging from 400-415 (utilities included). I would prefer a female roommate. I intend to sign a lease next weekend. The second person can be added to the lease later. I am looking to move in early August. Please pm me if you are interested.
