Go to your school's library and check out the following book:

Anaphylactic Reactions in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.

This is essentially what people are really interested in, and it will cover everything you need to know, with subreferences, on the topic.

It sounds he is interested in the effects of anesthesia on the immune system, a subject that has been addressed infrequently in the literature and without clear cut conclusions, but here is a little article I found:
