All in all, I thought this test was not that bad. The cases were purposely vague so don't feel like you need to nail down the ONE right diagnosis. You'll do great, especially if you've gone through First Aid AND USMLEWorld. I skimmed through the minicases in First Aid once the night before and felt adequately prepared. Good luck!
P.S. Remember to bring your white coat and stethoscope!
