Anyone have the Wayne State Secondary Prompt?

Hey Guys,
I wanted to start my secondary to Wayne State before i recieved it in the mail, but have not been able to find any threads that have posted Wayne State's Secondary questions for 2005. Would any of you guys be able to post it for me if you have it. I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much

I don't have them with me but they do screen. So unless you are sure you will get one maybe better to start another one first.

Thanks for that tip, but i am aware they screen and i spoke with the admissions the other day about my application. They said they would be mailing me the secondary, but i wanted to finish it before it came so i mail it back ASAP.

The Committee would like you to select and respond to one question from each of the following two groups. Please limit each response to one typed page.

Group I
A. Describe a noteworthy experience you have had with others from diverse backgrounds (persons from backgrounds different from yours) and what you learned from that experience.
B. Discuss concept of cultural diversity and how you believe it is relevant to practice of medicine
C. What personal challenges do you anticipate if you undertake training at an urban medical school?

Group II.
A. What individual (excluding family members) has had the most influence on your life and why?
B. Describe your toughest challenge in life thus far and how you handled it.
C. What has been the most significant event or accomplishment in your life and why?

Group III (not needed for traditional applicants).
Paraphrase: What have you been doing since graduation.

As for the criteria...all i know is that they only have around 20 spots for out of state applicants. So its rough for anyone not from Michigan =(
