Anyone have trouble contacting Duke?

Tried emailing Duke at [email protected] about a specific question but my mail was returned (user unknown). Then tried calling but got a message that the voice mailbox was full (been that way for 3 days now).
Anybody have any idea on how to break through this inpenetrable barrier Duke seems to have created?

You have to destroy the shield bunker at UNC first, then you can get to Duke.

aah, i see...perhaps i can send a small group of rebels to the nearby moon of wake forest (which btw is inhabited by cute furry creatures) to deactivate the shield. Then I can finally face the evil emperor in the death star (Duke) and live up to my destiny as a Jedi (resident).

Seriously though, any advice??
