Anyone here accepted without an interview?

I heard this from the grapevine and have to know if it may be true or if it's a hoax. Has anyone here heard of anyone being accepted to Harvard without being interviewed, ie simply applying and being accepted? If it helps, the person in question is hispanic, so that may be some minority quota being filled, but still, no interview? It sounds a bit strange to me.
