Take a look at the interview feedback for U Miami and you'll get a couple hundred opinions. My impression is that Miami is a great school for clinical training, particularly in EM. The area around Jackson is pretty rough, but like Runner said, the FAU campus is perfectly suburban and gorgeous. I'll second her positives, and add the school's weather as another positive. And I'd say that the area of Miami it's in is the main negative for me.
