Anyone know about temple dental's finacial aid?

just curious if you knew when the temple based loans usually get awarded and also how to apply to any government programs for loans. So far i've gotten just the max on stafford (38,500) and that should barely cover tuition/books/fees but housing may be a problem... and it's almost august already! any advice would be helpful. Thanks!!!
