Anyone taken the advanced surgery shelf? What did you study and how did you do?

Our surgery clerkship is now requiring us to take the advanced surgery shelf and no one I've talked to has taken it, much less even heard of it. Has anybody taken it? Recommendations for studying?

This worries me...172 views, no replies? Just to clarify, I'm not talking about the shelf you take during your third year surgical rotation. I'm talking about the advanced clinical exam (ACE) for surgery, which is supposedly an advanced shelf. http://www.nbme.org/Schools/ACE.html

Any guidance would be great.
