I have looked at my states and surrounding states availabilities, and it appears they are all closed. I don't know if this is a glitch or they have them closed for a reason, but I do know that the date before this one (9-2-17) appears to have plenty of open seats. If you're worried about the last date then just take it a week sooner because in reality it won't affect your score that much
