As I understand, it's basically the Pre-Test book in handy PDA format. I tried one for Neuro. it was nice during a 10-min campus walk, or painfully boring rounds.

Looks cool, but I'm not a big fan of the pretest series.

The questions are too straightforward, unlike the shelf questions which are considerably more difficult.
