Both the episode 3 and Making the grade (discovery channel special) featured Hopkins med students and their lives there.. i wish i had seen them.. can anyone who saw them give a synopsis and your thoughts?

There was another GREAT program on Discovery Health. It was called simply "Med School," and it showed you what happened to U of Maryland students. They stopped showing it about two months ago. I haven't been able to find it again, but it was a very informative program. Does anyone have any information about its possible return?

My impression of Hopkins 24/7 is that they mainly focus on the hospital itself instead of the med school in particular and therefore show mostly Hopkins docs/residents as opposed to med students.

The "Med School" show has more of an emphasis on medical students as opposed to residents from what little I saw of it.

Interestingly, both schools (Hopkins and UMaryland) are in the same city.. I wonder if thats just a coincidence or if some of the same people are involved in producing the shows.

They have no apparent schedule, and neither Amazon nor the Discovery store bring up anything. Of course they both have "Mortuary School," so go figure.

I've seen both series, and they were both excellent. It has been a long while since I last saw an episode, so I can't help really help out. Has anyone tried KaZaa? :)

P.S. If you have Discovery Health, they may still show Paramedics. Granted, it doesn't deal with med school (although some plan to or do attend), but it is still better than watching another show about that tough bad-ass lawyer who has to take the law into his own hands to save a thousand starving children about to drown in a river because some snuff dealer is making porno videos again! Oh no!
