Anyone with severe anxiety (GAD) where you had to be hospitalized on meds for years, and had horrible side effects and scared to move on to med school because your scared your panic attacks or anxiety will take over. What meds worked best for you, how long have you had severe anxiety, and what types of meds are dos and donts, for me I can say off the bat STAY AWAY FROM XANAX
